Who I am

I’ve always been drawn to wellness, but like many, I lost that connection in college—living fast, eating processed food, and feeling out of sync with my body. After many months of gut issues, uncomfortable bloating, and feeling intolerant to everything I ate—even though I was eating healthy and exercising regularly—I was still inflamed. That eventually led to a candida diagnosis in my senior year, which sparked a deeper journey into healing.

After college, I moved to Los Angeles and spent a few transformative years immersed in everything the wellness world had to offer—from functional medicine and whole foods to nervous system regulation. That time shaped my commitment to holistic health and ultimately led me back to Texas with a new mission: to make this passion my career.

Even before then, I was always that friend—the one sending healthy snack ideas, swapping recipes, and sharing what I was learning about food and ingredients. Wellness wasn’t just something I did; it was something I genuinely loved helping others discover.

I became certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and now offer nutrition consultations, pantry clean-outs, grocery store consults, and personalized shopping support—all designed to help clients reconnect with their bodies and build habits that feel sustainable. I created LivWell Organic to make wellness approachable and practical—starting with the everyday choices we make in our kitchens. After years of restrictive eating and obsessing over what was “healthy,” I’ve finally found balance—and that’s exactly what I help others achieve. My approach is personalized, realistic, and rooted in the belief that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s a lifestyle you create—one that truly nourishes you.
