This Week’s Menu
Creamy, protein-packed, and naturally sweetened with banana, these overnight oats make an easy and satisfying breakfast or snack. Made with gluten-free oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and peanut butter, then finished with a peanut butter drizzle. Top with fresh banana slices if desired!
Ingredients: Banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, gluten-free rolled oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, cinnamon

Savory, protein-packed biscuits made with pasture-raised eggs, ground chicken, and sharp cheddar, baked with fresh chives and warm spices. Soft on the inside with a lightly golden exterior, these are hearty, satisfying, and perfect for an easy grab-and-go breakfast or snack.

Organic pasture-raised eggs, ground chicken, yellow onion, cheddar cheese, chives, almond flour, coconut flour, olive oil, garlic powder, dried sage, baking powder, sea salt, black pepper
Reheating Instructions: Bake or air-fry at 325 F, 5 - 7 minutes or Microwave for 1 -2 minutes until warm.

Ingredients:
Flank steak, broccoli, white rice, reduced-sodium tamari, chicken bone broth, avocado oil, fresh ginger, garlic, arrowroot starch, sesame oil, honey, sesame seeds, green onion, black pepper.
Reheating Instructions: Microwave for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway through, until heated through. Add additional time in 30-second intervals if needed. For best texture, avoid overheating the beef, as it can become tough.

About me
It started in the kitchen, making biscuits with my grandfather and pancakes with my grandmother, always surrounded by home cooked meals my mom put on the table. Cooking was never just about food for me, it was how I connected with the people I loved.
In college, that love really grew. I started cooking for myself and my roommates, focusing on simple, nourishing meals made with high quality ingredients. What began as a routine quickly became a passion, one that has only deepened over time. I have always been the friend sharing recipes, sending ingredient swaps, and finding ways to make everyday meals feel better.
As my interest in food grew, so did my curiosity about how it impacts how we feel. After dealing with my own gut issues and inflammation, I started learning more about nutrition and healing. That journey eventually led me to become a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, but more importantly, it changed how I approach food.
LivWell Organic was created to bring all of that together.
Every meal is thoughtfully prepared using organic ingredients whenever possible, and always gluten free, seed oil free, and refined sugar free. My goal is simple, to make healthy eating feel easy, satisfying, and actually enjoyable without overthinking it.
